摘　　要：中国特色社会主义生态文明建设要在坚持中国特色社会主义道路的基础上遵循相应的社会视角、自然视角、科学视角和价值视角,并以此为根本指针来认清我国强化生态环境保护的紧迫性和艰巨性及加强生态文明建设的重要性和必要性。为此,我们要积极建构社会主义生态文明建设的有效路径,坚持中国特色社会主义道路,依靠人民群众主体力量,健全和完善生态文明制度,加强和改善党的领导,不断推动美丽中国建设和实现中华民族永续发展,继而努力走向生态文明新时代。Based on adhering to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to bring about the ecological progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we should observe the relevant social perspective and the perspectives of nature, science and value. With these perspectives, we should clearly recognize the urgency and difficulty of strengthening ecological environment protection and understand the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of ecological civilization. For this purpose, we should proactively seek the effective path for socialist ecological progress and adhere to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, rely on the broad masses, improve and perfect the system of ecological progress, strengthen and improve the leadership of the CPC, keep on promoting the construction of beautiful China and realize the lasting and sustainable development of the Chinese nation, and make great efforts towards a new era of ecological progress.
