经管类实验教学示范中心投入产出探究

摘　　要：经管类实验实践教学在近几年受到高度关注,采用主成分和回归分析的方法,对29个经管类国家级教学示范中心的投入产出状况进行研究。结果表明,投入可以分成人力资本投入、固定资本投入和日常维护投入。产出可分为社会影响、教学规模、教研能力、科研实力。其中社会影响、教学规模两方面的产出受制于示范中心的固定资本投入和日常维护投入,而教研能力、科研实力两方面的产出则主要受到人力资本投入的影响。为推动经管实验实践教学工作,提出以下政策建议:①增加实验实践教学人力资本投入;②增加固定资本投入,扩大实验教学规模。③提高实验中心仪器设备使用率,加强成果推广和社会影响力;④合理资源配置,加强经管实验教学示范中心的评估工作。Using principal component analysis method and regression analysis method, the input and output of experimental teaching demonstration center of economics and management of higher educational institutions have been studied, the results show that the input can be divided into human capital input, fixed capital input, and maintenance input. The output can be divided into social impact, teaching scale, educational research ability, scientific research strength. The outputs of social impact and teaching scale are subjected to the fixed capital input and the maintenance input, the outputs of educational research ability and scientific research strength are mainly affected by the human capital input. Relevant policy suggestions have been put forward.
