基于“零库存”的高校实验材料供应管理探究

摘　　要：分析了传统实验材料供应管理的弊端和存在问题,围绕着实现实验材料"零库存"管理目标和协议供货采购方式,介绍了山东大学(威海)基于校园网络的实验材料"网络超市"平台体系的搭建、运行及实践中应把握的关键环节等,该管理体系实现了实验材料的"零库存"管理目标,提高了采购效率、降低了采购成本、满足了使用单位个性化、多样性的需求,消除了传统材料仓库管理的安全隐患。This paper analyzes disadvantages of traditional supply management of experimental materials and the problems existing in it. Surrounding the management objective of ＂zero inventory＂ and the purchasing way of agreement procurement of experimental materials, the paper introduces the establishment and function of experimental materials＇ ＂network supermarket＂ platform system based on campus network at Shandong University （Weihai） , and the key links to be grasped in its practice. The management system realizes the management objective of ＂ zero inventory＂ of experimental materials, increases procurement efficiency, reduces purchase cost, satisfies using units＇ individual and diversified demands, and also eliminates the hidden dangers in the warehouse management of traditional experimental materials.
