摘 要:DAMPs是机体受到损伤后释放的内源性预警信号,可激活固有免疫系统,联系适应性免疫,介导无菌性炎症。近年来,DAMPs在肾脏疾病领域日益受到关注。为此,本文将对常见DAMPs、DAMPs受体、DAMPs与肾脏疾病的关系等作一综述。Danger-Associated Molecular Patterns (DAMPs) are the endogenous molecules released from injured or stimulated cells, which can cause innate immune response, and even a subsequent adaptive immunity, thereby playing a vital role in sterile inflammation. Accumulating evidences have shown that DAMPs is involved in the pathogenesis of nephropathies, thus being potential therapeutic targets for the treatment of kidney diseases. This review summarizes recent advances in understanding the roles of DAMPs in the development of kidney diseases.
