摘 要:目的评价视网膜内界膜剥除术(ILMP)治疗特发性黄斑裂孔(IMH)的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2010年12月至2012年11月在我科因IMH行视网膜ILMP的患者临床资料。所有符合纳入标准的病例,均行标准闭合式玻璃体切除术、ILMP和C3F8气体填充治疗,术后随访1年,复查内容包括最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、相干光断层扫描(OCT)及多焦视网膜电图(mfERG),进行数据分析以评价治疗效果。结果 BCVA:21只眼提高,占84.0%,3只眼不变,占12.5%,1只眼下降,占4%;OCT:23只眼黄斑裂孔闭合,占92.0%,2只眼裂孔未闭合,占8%;mfERG:1环和2环的P1波反应密度显著高于术前(P<0.05),但低于正常值,3环、4环和5环的P1波反应密度与术前无变化(P>0.05)。结论 ILMP治疗IMH疗效可靠。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of retinal internal limiting membrane peeling for idiopathic macular hole .Methods This is a retrospective analysis .All patients who had been diagnosed with idiopathic macular hole and underwent internal limiting membrane peeling surgery from December 2010 to November 2012 in our ophthalmology de-partment were included .Each subject received standard vitrectomy , internal limiting membrane peeling and C 3 F8 tampon-ade, and was examined for best corrected visual acuity , optical coherence tomography and multifocal electroretinogram in one year follow-up period.Results The Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA):the BCVA improved in 21 eyes (84%), was unchanged in 3 eyes (12.5%), and declined in 1 eye (4%).Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT): Twenty-one patients (92%) had macular holes healed but two eyes failed .Multifocal Electroretinogram:The reaction densities of ring 1 and ring 2 of P1 wave were significantly higher than that of pre-operative measurements ( P 〈0.05), but lower than the normal value.The reaction densities of ring 3, ring4 and ring5 of Pl wave were unchanged ( P 〉0.05).Conclusions Retinal internal limiting membrane peeling is very effective for idiopathic macular hole .
