前列腺素E_2含量与睑板腺功能障碍的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨泪液前列腺素E2含量与睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)之间的关系。方法 MGD患者105例(210只眼),采用放射免疫法测定泪液前列腺素E2含量,健康成年人34例(68只眼)设为对照。结果试验组泪液前列腺素E2含量平均(142.5±34.8)μg/L,较对照组(43.5±11.7)μg/L明显增高,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MGD患者泪液前列腺素E2含量增高。Objective To investigate the correlation between the concentration of prostaglandin E 2（PGE2）in tear and meibomian gland dysfunction （ MGD） .Methods The concentration of PGE 2 in tear was tested with radioimmunoassay in 105 cases（210 eyes）diagnosed MGD.34 adults were chosen as the control.Results The concentration of PGE2 in tear of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group .A significant difference was noted （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The concentration of PGE 2 in tear increased in patients with MGD .
