淮南市煤矿工人翼状胬肉患病率的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的：探讨翼状胬肉在特定地区特定人群中的患病率。方法采用普查的方法，以淮南矿业集团所属的各大煤矿所有员工为调查对象。结果总检查人数9313例，参检率91．0％，翼状胬肉患者99例，总患病率为1．06％。按年龄分组：35～44岁组18例，患病率0．19％；45～54岁组60例，患病率0．64％；55-64岁组21例，患病率0．23％。按性别分组：男性患病率为1．04％（97例），女性患病率为0．36％（2例）。按工种分组：A组：地面工3481例，共查出41例，患病率1．18％；B组：地下工5832例，共查出58例，患病率0．99％；C组（焊接工单独列为一组）：157例，共查出10例，患病率6．37％。 AB两组比较无差异性（χ2＝0．696， P ＝0．405），C组与A、B两组分别比较差异性显著（χ2 CA＝29．293， PCA＝0．000；χ2 CB＝29．293，PCB＝0．000）。结论现代煤矿工人翼状胬肉的患病率低于以往国内外报道的平均患病率，患病年龄呈年轻化。Objective To investigation the prevalence rate of pterygium among the staff in Certain people in spe-cific areas.Methods Adopt the method of census , to each coal mine of Huainan mining group all the staff as investigation object .Results 9313 persons were examined , the participating rate was 91%, 99 pterygium case were checked out , and the prevalence rate was 1.06%.Grouped by age ：18 persons were found to get pterygium in 35 to 44 years old group , the prevalence rate of 0.19%;60 persons were found to get pterygium in 45 to 54 years old group , the prevalence rate of 0.64%;21 persons were found to get pterygium in 55 to 64 years old group , the prevalence rate of 0.23%.Grouped by gender ：male prevalence rate was 1.04%（97 persons） , the female prevalence rate was 0.36%（2 persons） .Grouped by the type of work ：Grouped A ：there are 3481 persons works on the ground , 41 pterygium case were checked out , the prevalence rate of 1.18%;Grouped B ：58 pterygium case were found in this group consisted of 5832 persons who works underground , the prevalence rate of 1.18%;Grouped C：10 persons were found to get pterygium in this group comprised of 157 welders .no significant difference between Group A and B （χ2 =0.696, P =0.405）.Significant difference could be seen when comparing Group C with Group A , Group C with Group B （χ2 CA=29.293, PCA=0.000; χ2 CB=29.293, PCB=0.000） .Conclusion The prevalence rate of pterygium in modern coal mine worker is lower than the previous re -ports , younger age .
