骨桥蛋白与结直肠癌及肝转移关系研究进展

摘　　要：骨桥蛋白(OPN)是一种具有分泌性、粘附性的磷酸化的酸性糖蛋白,因其在多个肿瘤的发生发展和转移过程中密切相关,被称为肿瘤相关性蛋白。骨桥蛋白通过调节肿瘤细胞的黏附、迁移和刺激周围血管的生成,促进肿瘤侵袭和转移。研究证实,骨桥蛋白可作为结直肠癌发生和肝转移良好的诊断标记,是肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点。通过总结OPN结构、功能及作用机制,对骨桥蛋白与结直肠癌发生和肝转移的相关性研究展开综述。Osteopontin （ OPN） , a tumor associated protein , is a secreted adhesive phosphorylated glycoprotein which is closely related to tumorigenesis and metastasis .OPN not only plays important roles in the adhesion and immigration of tumor cells , but also in the angiogenesis , all of which could enhance the invasion and metastasis of tumor .Accumulated data confirmed that OPN is a diagnostic marker to colorectal cancer and liver metastasis , and OPN might be a new therapeutic target for tumor immunotherapy .This paper reviewed the structure , biological fuction and mechanism of OPN , and summarized current progress related to OPN and colorectal cancer and liver metastasis .
