全消化道钡餐及钡滞留拍片在肠神经元异常性便秘的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨全消化道钡餐及钡滞留拍片在肠神经元异常性便秘中的临床意义。方法对56例考虑先天性巨结肠或巨结肠同源病等肠神经元异常便秘患者的全消化道钡餐、及钡滞留拍片,进行回顾性分析。结果 48例为手术、术后病检确诊为先天性巨结肠、巨结肠同源病及巨结肠并巨结肠同源病提供支持。结论全消化道钡餐及钡分时段滞留拍片,具有胃肠传输功能与胃肠生理、病理形态兼顾优势,可为肠神经元异常性便秘诊断、手术。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of whole gastrointestinal barium meal and multistage barium remains X-ray in the diagnosis of intestinal neuronal dysplasia constipation. Methods The clinical data of whole gastrointestinal barium meal and multistage barium remains X-rays of 56 cases of congenital megacolon and other intestinal homologous neuron abnormalities constipation disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results Forty-eight cases were confirmed as congenital megacolon, Hirschsprung disease and congenital megacolon homologous and homologous Hirschsprung disease by surgery and pathological examination,which were supported by the X-rays＇ diagnosis. Conclusions The whole gastrointestinal barium meal and multistage barium remains X-ray has the advantages that can both reflect the function of gastrointestinal transit and morphology of gastrointestinal physiology, pathology, and can provide important criterion for diagnosis, surgery and prognosis of the intestinal neuronal dysplasia diseases.
