摘　　要：产品同质化倾向的明显性加剧了企业间的竞争,许多企业不得不采取各种手段降低产品成本以获得持续生存与发展的竞争优势。当前,国内电瓷企业的竞争异常激烈,降低生产运营成本,提高利润,成为电瓷企业生存之道,也成为今后必须解决的重要课题,本文分析了电瓷企业的成本构成及降低生产成本所采取的措施。The obviousness of product homogeneity intensifies competition among enterprises.In order to obtain continuous survival and development of competitive advantage,many of them have to adopt various means to reduce the product cost.Currently,the competition in the domestic electric porcelain enterprises is fierce,as a result,reducing production costs and increasing profits become way of survival in insulator manufacture,which also become a important subject that must be solved in the future.This paper analyzes the cost of electric porcelain enterprise and measures taken to reduce the production cost.
