牦牛脾脏的解剖学和组织学研究

摘　　要：为了解身处特殊生存环境的牦牛脾脏的结构特征,采用解剖学和组织学的方法分别对10头成年牦牛的脾脏进行了观察,同时对牦牛脾脏的长度、宽度、厚度、质量以及被膜厚度、小梁面积、脾小结数量和动脉周围淋巴鞘面积等指标进行了测量、统计与分析.结果表明:牦牛脾脏呈扁平的长椭圆形,中间厚,两边薄,其平均长度、宽度、厚度和质量分别为(42.9±3.16)cm、(9.6±0.732)cm、(1.6±0.185)cm、(407.3±114.48)g,脾脏被膜厚度为(316.16±32.3)μm,脾小梁和动脉周围淋巴鞘的面积分别为(5.29±0.36)×105μm2、(7.42±1.9)×104μm2,脾小结的平均数量为(15.2±9.5)个.牦牛脾小结的分布密度大,与动脉周围淋巴鞘界限不明显;脾窦呈规则的长条状,腔隙大,周围分布巨噬细胞.To study the structure characteristics of spleen in yak lived in the special environment, spleens of 10 mature yaks were observed and analyzed in anatomy,histology and statistics.Meanwhile,the splenic length,width,thickness ,weight and the thickness of capsule,the area of trabecular and periarterial lymphatic sheath（PALS）,the relative quantity of splenic corpuscle were measured and analyzed.The result showed that the shape of yak spleen was long flat oval in shape;the center was thick,but thin on the two sides.The average length,width,thickness and weight of yak spleen were （42.9±3.16）cm,（9.6±0.732） cm,（1.6±0.185）cm,（407.3±114.48）g.The average area of splenic trabecular and periarterial lymphatic sheath （PALS）respectively were （5.29±0.36）×105μm2 and （7.42±1.9）×104μm2 .The relative quanti-ty of splenic corpuscle was （15.2±9.5）.Splenic corpuscle was distributed densely,the limits between it and periarterial lymphatic sheath was not obvious.Splenic sinus generally was long shape,and the cavity gap of it was big,macrophages surrounded of it.
