摘 要:以某鹅颈式半挂车车架为研究对象,通过PRO/E进行建模,再将模型导入ANSA进行前处理,对车架在纯弯曲工况静态分析的基础上,用ANSYS对车架有限元模型进行模态分析和谐响应分析.通过模态分析得到了车架的固有频率和振型;通过谐响应分析得出车架振动的主要频率和主要的振动部位,研究结果可为分析此类车架的设计和改进提供理论依据.The gooseneck type semi-trailer frame was as the research obj ect,and the PRO/E software was built and pretreated by the ANSA.On the basis of the static analysis under pure bending condition of the car frame,then both modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were analyzed for the frame by the ANSYS software.Through the modal analysis,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the frame were gotten by harmonic response analysis,the main frequency of vibration of the frame and main vibration were obtained.The result provides a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of such frame for analysis and reference.
