摘　　要：根据家具板式部件及门扇边部表面为平面的特点及UV辊涂工艺要求,设计开发了板式部件边部UV垂直辊涂机。重点阐述了所设计的UV垂直辊涂机的结构及功能特点。该设备由砂光单元、粉尘清扫单元、垂直辊涂单元及干燥单元等构成,可一次完成板式部件边部砂光、粉尘清扫、油漆及干燥4道工序,提高了边部油漆效率,减少了涂料浪费和环境污染。A vertical ultraviolet （UV） roller coater was designed for the edge coating of furniture panel parts and door lea- ves. Characteristics and functions of the coater were discussed in detail in this paper. The coater was composed of sanding units, dust cleaning units, vertical UV roller coating units and drying units. Higher efficiency, less paint consumption and environmental impacts were achieved as sanding, dust cleaning, coating and drying of a panel could be performed in a sin- gle machine.
