摘　　要：教学管理队伍是独立学院教学工作开展与实施的核心基础,是提升独立学院教学质量的关键因素。基于学习型组织理论,在分析独立学院教学管理队伍建设现状的基础上,阐述建设独立学院学习型教学管理队伍的意义,并着重探讨建设独立学院学习型教学管理队伍的最佳路径,以期为促进独立学院的健康发展提供若干参考意见。The teaching administration staff is the core foundation of developing and implementing the teach- ing work of independent colleges, and it is also a key factor to improve the quality of teaching in independent colleges. Based on the theory of study--oriented organization and the analysis of the status, this paper dis- cusses the significance and the best way to build up the ranks of study--oriented teaching administration staff in independent colleges, so as to provide some suggestions for the healthy development of independent colleges.
