摘 要:【目的】研究基础日粮中添加菊粉替代饲用抗生素对白羽肉鸡生产性能及免疫器官指数的影响。【方法】将195只1 d的AA白羽肉鸡,随机分成5组(每个组3个重复,每个重复13只)进行42 d饲养试验。分组情况:阴性对照组饲喂基础日粮;阳性对照组在饲喂基础日粮添加饲用抗生素(0.03%的那西肽及0.025%的硫酸粘杆菌素预混剂);试验Ⅰ组在基础日粮+0.5%菊粉;试验Ⅱ组在基础日粮+1.0%菊粉;试验Ⅲ组在基础日粮+1.5%菊粉。【结果】42 d各组平均活重分别为2.32、2.43、2.37、2.34、2.34 kg,差异不显著(P>0.05),各试验组平均体重分别比阴性对照组高出2.05%、0.84%、0.71%。全期料重比分别为1.67、1.62、1.63、1.64、1.62,差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮中添加不同浓度的菊粉替代抗生素,白羽肉鸡14 d和21 d各组免疫器官指数与阳性对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】从白羽肉鸡42d生产性能和免疫器官指数等指标综合表明,添加1.0%比例菊粉替代白羽肉鸡饲用抗生素是可行的。[Objective] The experiment was conducted to study the effects of inulin replacing antibiotics in diet on production performance,immune organ index of the white broilers.[Method] 195 one-day-old AA white broilers were randomized into two control groups and three trial groups with 3 replicates per group and 13 broilers per replicate 42 d feeding trials.Thetrials.The positive control group was fed with diet supplemented with antibiotics (0.03% Nosiheptide & 0.025% Colistin sulfate premix),).The negative control group was fed with basal diet.The broilers in the trial group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with diet supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%,1.5% inulin respectively.[Result] The average weight (kg) of 42-day-old chicken in each group were 2.32 kg,2.43 kg,2.37 kg,2.34 kg and 2.34 kg respectively,and there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) among the groups,and the average weight of the trial group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was higher than that of the negative control group by 2.05% 、0.84% and 0.71% respectively.The feed conversion ration of the whole period were 1.67,1.62,1.63,1.64 and 1.62 respectively,and there were was no significantly difference (P 〉 0.05).Compared with that of the positive control group,there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) on immune organ indexes of white broilers in each group.[Conclusion] It was showed that using substituted antibiotic feed additive of 1.0% inulin is suitable in the diet of broilers from the evaluation of 42d production performance and immune organ index of the broilers.
