摘 要:为解决智能电能表自动化检测中对其外观尤其是液晶屏质量检测不准确的难题,提出了一种基于图像处理的液晶屏质量检测方法。该方法首先通过图像分割技术以及液晶屏定位算法设计,对智能电表液晶屏进行粗定位;其次,通过局部自适应二值化对粗定位结果进行处理,精确提取液晶屏信息;最后,将液晶屏中的汉字、符号和数字进行分类检测,并通过在复杂工业环境中智能电表的应用检验,结果表明本文提出的液晶屏质量检测方法具有较高的检测效率和准确度,具有较高的工程应用价值。In order to solve the problem of incorrect detection for LCD screen quality of smart electricity meters in automation test system,a quality detection method based on image processing is proposed in this paper. First,the LCD screen is roughly located using image segmentation techniques and LCD localization algorithm. Then the LCD screen is further accurately extracted by using adaptive thresholding methods. Finally,the Chinese characters,symbols and numbers in the LCD screen are classified for detection. Application testing in complex industry environment shows that the proposed detection method has higher efficiency and accuracy for smart electricity meter LCD screen quality testing,therefore has high application values.
