摘  要:分析了目前国际化形势下高职学生软能力的不足,以发电厂及电力系统专业为例开展了SWH-CDIO的项目式的教学改革,给出了专业培养的CDIO具体方案,并举例说明项目式教学改革、多样化的竞赛在提高学生的软能力上的作用.通过开放性实验室、人文教育、职业核心能力培养等多种举措加强软能力的培养,实践证明效果明显.Soft Capability of students in higher-level vocational school is weak in the situation of international. So reform of a major named electrical engineering and automation was put into use according to the project-teaching based on SWHCDIO. The CDIO plan of major was introduced. In order to improving the soft capability of students,many contests and project-teaching of courses were used in the reform. Then the opening-experiment,humanist education and education of vocation's ability were adopted to enhance the capability. It is effective by reform.
