摘　　要：2008年年初发生的两起高校师生冲突事件,让人们对印象中自由、平等、和谐、多彩的师生关系产生了怀疑。当温情的面纱被撩起,人们发现现今大多数高校师生关系趋向于情感上疏离、交流消极和功利化,究其原因,有来自市场经济化和知识传播方式的原因,有传统教育方式的原因,有高校教师评价体系的原因,也有学生自身的原因。要构建和谐师生关系,其核心是心理相容、和而不同、平等和公正。Two college teacher and student clashes occurred in early 2008, which cast doubt on teacher-- student relationship that impressed people as free, equal, colorful and harmonious. When the softhearted veil is lifted, people has discovered that main teacher--student relationship in universities and colleges tends to be emotional distant, passive and utilitarian, the reason coming from multifaceted influences, market economy, knowledge dissemination ways change, the lack of traditional education, college teacher evaluation system, and students＇ own factors. Therefore, it is of great significance to build a harmonious teacher --student relationship with psychological compatibility, harmony but difference, equality and Justice as the core.
