摘　　要：食货派的学术研究,无论是在民国时期,还是在新中国建立以后,无论是在大陆,还是在台湾及海外都产生了重大而深远的影响。食货派在推动我国社会经济史学科发展方面作出了不可磨灭的贡献。食货派的"魏晋封建说"成为中国社会史分期中极具影响力的一种学说。他们的中国社会经济史研究中的一些学术观点化为了现代学术的一部分,被学者频频引用。《食货》半月刊与南京《中央日报·食货周刊》是台湾《食货》月刊复刊的渊源。从食货派绵远的学脉谱系中,食货派学人何兹全和沈任远的学术成就也成为了一道淡雅的风景。食货派在中国近代史学史上的地位不容忽视。academic research of ＂Shihuo＂ School had a profound effect, whether in the Republic of China or People＇s Republic of China, whether in China's Mainland, Taiwan or overseas. The achievements of research on the history of social economy, thought and studying method still have their value today. The idea of ＂the feudal system starting from the Wei and the Jin Dynasties＂ became a powerful one in dividing Chinese social history. Some of the propositions were cited frequently by scholars and became part of modem academic. ＂Shihuo＂ School Semimonthly and ＂Shihuo＂ School Weekly on Nanjing Central Newspaper were the origin of Taiwan ＂Shihuo＂ Monthly. Among ＂Shihuo＂ School＇s scholars, He Ziquan and Shen Juchen＇s academic achievement became a light landscape in the academic field. ＂Shihuo＂ School contributed to propelling the development of Chinese social economic history. ＂Shihuo＂ School＇s position in the Chinese modem history cannot be ignored.
