企业生态位优化视角下中小企业可持续成长机制研究

摘　　要：以企业生态位"态""势"理论为基础,从企业生态位优化视角,构建企业可持续成长机制模型。基于119家创业板上市公司的实证分析,得出结论为中小企业持续成长,重在提高生态位"势",其次为扩大生态位"态"。进一步,中小企业提高生态位"势",组织管理能力和经营能力的影响大于技术创新能力;中小企业扩大生态位"态",重在扩大企业规模和市场地位,提高资源获取能力。This paper is based on enterprise niche＇s state and potential theory,to build a sustainable development model from the enterprise niche optimization perspective.Basing on empirical analysis of 119 enterprises from the growth enterprises market,it comes to be that in order to keep a sustainable development,the growth enterprises should pain more attention on potential niche rather than state niche.Further,ability of organization and management impact more on potential niche than technology innovation ability,also,to improve state niche,the growth enterprise should focus on expanding its size and market position to obtain more resource.
