摘　　要：《公法会通》是近代中国较为系统介绍国际法的译作。外交关系法与战争法及其术语是该书的重点,它们对于近代中国社会产生了一定的影响。Achieve Mastery On International Law is a book comparatively more systematically introduces the International Law. It focuses on Diplomatic Law and War Law,which,to some extent,affected the modern Chinese society.
