摘　　要：在全球化、网络化和民主化的时代背景下,随着互联网的迅速普及和应用及人们政治参与需求的不断增长,网络政治参与日益成为一种新兴的政治参与方式。深刻认识网络政治参与首先应准确把握其概念,网络政治参与是对传统政治参与的新发展,是不同参与动机的普通公民以网络为平台通过发挥网络的诸多特性试图影响各种类型和层级的政治组织构成、运行及决策的行为。In the era of globalization,network and democratization, with the fast development of internet and political demand, net-work political participation is increasingly becoming a new way . Deep understanding the network political participation should accurate-ly grasp its concept. The network political participation is the new development of the traditional political participation. Exterminating the concept of the network political participation is on the basis of the anglicizing the latter concept.
