测定宫颈癌不同分期及正常宫颈组织MiR-140水平的临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的:检测不同组织的MiR基因水平,探讨宫颈癌与该基因的关系。方法:收集2012年1月-2013年6月期间来本院及中南大学湘雅二医院治疗的宫颈疾病患者的临床资料,共62例,包括32例良性患者(良性组)和30例恶性患者(观察组),另选择同期来两院行健康体检者30例(对照组),测定其MiR-140水平。结果:观察组MiR-140 OD值为(0.82±0.30),高于对照组的(0.53±0.11)和良性组的(0.61±0.15),比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅳ期、Ⅲ期MiR-140 OD值分别为(0.92±0.21)和(0.85±0.23),均明显高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者体内MiR-140水平高表达,且病情越重越明显。Objective：To detect the MiR gene levels of different tissues,and investigate the relationship between cervical cancer and the gene.Method：The clinical data of 62 patients with cervical disease in our hospital and Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected,and it concluded 32 cases with benign lesion（the benign group） and 30 cases with malignant lesion（the observation group）,and 30 persons with health examination in the two hospitals at the same period were set up the control group. Then the MiR-140 levels were detected. Result：The MiR-140 OD value of the observation group was （0.82±0.30）,and it was higher than （0.53±0.11）of the control group and （0.61±0.15）of the benign group, and the difference was all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The MiR-140 OD value of patients with stage Ⅳ and stage Ⅲwere respectively （0.92±0.21）and （0.85±0.23）, they were higher than those of stageⅠand stageⅡ,and the difference were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The MiR level of patients with cervical cancer show high expression,and the more severe the disease the more obvious expression.
