摘　　要：秦国战时体制在特殊的战争环境下应运而生,"中央集权"的政治体制、"农耕为本"的经济体制、"厚赏重刑"的军事体制及"抑儒弱民"的思想文化体制融为一体,构建起了秦国战时体制体系。战时体制适应了战时的特殊环境,开创了新型的统治模式,最大效用地整合了秦国资源进进而横扫六国,一统天下,但同时也为秦国二世而亡打下了伏笔。Qin wartime system arised at the historic moment in special war environment, centralized political system, agricultural economical system, The strict military system and the thought of inhibition of Confucianism, build up the Qin wartime system. Wartime system adapted to the special environment in war, created a new mode of rule, integrated into thestate of Qin resources to the maximum utility across six countries, unify the whole country, but at the same time for the state of Qin ii and laid the seeds.
