摘 要:柱后衍生化技术是分析化学中常用的一种在线处理技术。该技术为介质中痕量药物的分析和弱紫外吸收物质的分析开辟了广阔的应用前景,并且已经发展为提高传统HPLC法检测水平的一种常用技术。在中药与食品中残留农药检测、氨基酸分析、无机离子分析、生物毒素检测、兽药分析及体内药物分析等领域有着广泛的应用;近年来,共振瑞利散射光谱技术的应用为柱后衍生化技术拓宽了应用范围和发展前景。本文综述了近10年国内外广泛应用的典型的柱后衍生化反应及其在药物与食品分析中的应用,并展望了新技术在药物与食品分析领域的应用前景。Post-column derivatization technology is a commonly used on-line processing technology in analytical chemistry. The technology has opened up broad prospects for analysis of drugs of trace amounts in matrixes and components with weak absorption of UV and has developed as a common approach for enhancing conventional methods of detection with HPLC. Post-column derivatization technology is a powerful tool in detection of pesticide residues in food and traditional Chinese medicinal materials,analysis of amino acid,analysis of inorganic ions,detection of microbial toxins,analysis of veterinary medicine and biopharmaceutical analysis. In recent years,applications of resonance rayleigh scattering spectra in pharmaceutical analysis have provided new favorable conditions for development and extended application of post-column derivatization technology. This paper reviews the widely used typical post-column derivatization reaction and its applications and progress in food and drug analysis at home and abroad in the recent decade and prospects the future application of post-column derivatization technology in food and drug analysis.
