摘　　要：综述了双歧杆菌属的分类学进展和16S rDNA、MLST、RAPD等分子生物学技术在双歧杆菌分型鉴定中的应用新进展,并分析了各类技术的原理、步骤和优缺点,展望了其发展趋势。First the taxonomic progress of the genus of Bifidobacterium was briefly introduced in this article. Then progress of application of molecular biology technique such as 16S rDNA, MLST, RAPD for classification and identification of the genus of Bifidobacterium was reviewed. At the same time,various technical principles, procedures, advantages and disadvantages were analysed. Finally, prospects of the trend of these technique used for classification and identification of bifidobacteria were put forward.
