内江市319例美沙酮维持治疗者血清检测分析

摘　　要：目的分析内江市美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)门诊吸毒者的基本资料及血清检测结果,为进一步采取干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集美沙酮维持治疗者的基本资料及抗HIV、HCV、ALT、AST和BUN、Crea项目检测结果,并进行统计分析。结果在内江市MMT门诊吸毒人员319例中,40岁以下占81.8%,男性占79.3%,初中文化及以下占83.7%;血清学检测中,HIV抗体阳性者22例(6.9%),抗HCV阳性者269例(84.3%),ALT偏高37例,AST偏高31例,BUN偏低5例、偏高16例,Crea偏低2例、偏高8例。结论在内江市MMT门诊吸毒人员中,以中青年男性为主,文化程度低;吸毒人群是HIV、HCV感染的高危人群;要采取行为干预、宣传教育等相关措施,让年轻人远离毒品,促进社会大家庭稳定、和谐。Objective To analyze the basic information and serological detection results of drug users in methadone maintenance therapy（MMT） clinic of Neijiang,and provide scientific evidence for further intervention. Methods General information and serological test results including HIV,HCV,ALT,AST,UBN,Crea of drug users in methadone maintenance therapy clinic were analyzed by statistics. Results In 319 drug users of MMT clinic in Neijiang,81. 8% of them were under 40 years old, 79. 3% of them were males,83. 7% of them had education level of junior middle school or below. The serological test results showed that 22 cases were anti- HIV positive（6. 9%）,269 cases were anti- HCV positive（84. 3%）,37 cases were found higher ALT,31 cases were found higher AST,BUN was found lower in 5 cases and higher in 16 cases,and Crea values were found lower in 2 cases and higher in 8 cases. Conclusion Most of the drug users in MMT clinic of Neijiang were young and middle- aged men with low educational level,and high anti- HCV and anti- HIV positive rates were observed among drug users in MMT clinic. Some relevant necessary measures,such as behavioral intervention,publicity and health education,should be taken to make people stay away from drugs and promote family harmony and social stability.
