常德市2010年-2013年水产品中霍乱弧菌的监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析常德市2010年-2013年水产品中霍乱弧菌的监测结果,了解常德市水产品污染现状,制定科学有效的防控策略,防范霍乱疫情的发生。方法选择常德市最大的水产品批发市场美江市场作为霍乱监测点,每年5月-10月进行主动监测,按照《全国霍乱监测方案》及《湖南省霍乱监测方案》进行采样、送检、检验、鉴定和调查。结果2010年-2013年共检测水产品636份,分离出霍乱菌株46株,总阳性分离率为7.23%,其中O139霍乱弧菌24株,肠毒素阳性23株,占95.83%,O1群霍乱弧菌22株,肠毒素阳性1株,占4.55%。结论常德市水产品中霍乱弧菌带菌率较高,其中O139霍乱弧菌比例较高,并且大多数为产毒株,需要进一步加强水产品市场的监测和监管,加强农村聚餐卫生指导和管理,加强水产品养殖业的健康发展。Objective To analyze the monitoring results of Vibrio cholerae in acquatic products of Changde city during 2010-2013,understand the pollution status of acquatic products in the city,so as to take scientific and effective measures to prevent the occurrence of cholera epidemic. Methods Meijiang market as the largest aquatic products wholesale market in Changde city was selected as cholera monitoring point. Sampling,inspection,testing,identification and investigation of the aquatic products in this market were monitored from May to October every year in accordance with＂National scheme for cholera monitoring＂ and＂Hunan provincial scheme for cholera monitoring＂. Results Forty- six strains of Vibrio cholera were isolated from a total of 636 aquatic products from 2010 to 2013,and the total positive isolation rate was 7. 23%. There were 24 strains of O139 Vibrio cholerae,and 23 strains were found enterotoxin positive,accounting for 95. 83%. The other 22 strains of Vibrio cholerae were O1 group,and enterotoxin positive were found in 1 strain,accounting for only 4. 55%. Conclusion Higher Vibrio cholerae infection rate was found in aquatic products in Changde city,and Vibrio cholerae O139 take a large proportion,and most of them were enterotoxin positive. So monitoring and supervision on aquatic products market,health guidance and management of rural dinner,as well as the health development of aquatic product breeding industry should be further strengthened.
