摘 要:初步研究了一种新型絮凝剂在不同添加量、不同水温和不同藻类浓度条件下对滇池外海富藻水浊度及藻类的去除效果.结果表明:添加量在50.0~3 000.0 mg/L范围时,对滇池富藻水均具有较好的去除效果.综合考虑去除效果和经济成本后,确定其最佳添加量以50.0~62.5 mg/L为宜,此时对浊度和叶绿素a的去除率均在93%以上.该絮凝剂对浊度和叶绿素a的去除率受水样温度影响较小,在15~30℃内净化效果无显著变化.水样中藻类浓度对该絮凝剂去除浊度和叶绿素a的效果均有显著影响.但对藻类叶绿素a浓度高达4 656.45~9 312.90μg/L的水样仍有高效去除作用,表明该絮凝剂在富藻水的净化方面具有较好的应用前景.The effects of different flocculant dosages, water temperatures, and algal concentrations on the removal effects of chlorophyll a and can reduce turbidity were studied. The results showed that: the novel flocculant had efficient removal effects on chlorophyll a and turbidity when the dosage ranged from 50. 0 mg/L to 3 000. 0 mg/L. Taking the removal effects and cost into account, the recommended dosage of the flocculant was between 50.0 mg/ L and 62. 5 mg/L with the removal rates all above 93%. Significant differences in removal rates among temperatures were not found. The flocculant had stable removal effect in the range of 15--30 ℃. Although significant differences in removal rates appeared between algal concentrations, the removal effects on raw water samples were still prominent even when the concentration of chlorophyll a was between 4 656. 45 μg/L and 9 312.90μg/L, which indicate that the novel flocculant have bright application prospects in algal removal of eutrophic water.
