摘　　要：将共时观与历时观协调统一,从国家与民间这两个场域层次对中国传统音乐文化的历史流变进行分析,主要侧重研究国家与民间在中国传统音乐文化的三个发展阶段——形成与发展、传承与保存、当下的活态存在中所具有的功能性意义并分析二者之间的相互关系,以期对中国传统音乐文化的整体发展态势有一个清晰的把握。The synchronic and diachronic view is unified in this article to analyze the historical rheology on Chinese traditional music culture through national and folk field level .And it is mainly focused on the study of the national and folk′s functional significance in the three stages of Chinese traditional music cul-ture the formation and development ,inheritance and preservation ,the present living exist ,and is eventual-ly analyzed for the relationship between them in order to have a clear grasp on the development situation of Chinese traditional music culture .
