摘　　要：以心理契约理论为研究视角,对高校辅导员管理的特征,高校辅导员心理契约的影响因素等进行了分析,提出了基于心理契约理论的高校辅导员管理的构建策略。According to theory of psychological contract , it analyzed the characters of college counselors management in this paper ,the influencing factors about the college counselors psychological contract ,and gave some thoughts on building the Psychological Contract with the college counselors .
