摘　　要：通过实地调查,分析了地方院校图书馆学科服务的现状,提出了完善地方院校图书馆学科服务的策略,包括加强学科服务团队建设、实施嵌入式学科服务以及做好学科服务营销工作等。Through on-the-spot investigation, tis paper analyzes the current situation of the subject service in libraries of local colleges and universities, and puts forward some strategies for perfecting the subject service in libraries of local colleges and universities, which include strengthening the construction of subject service team, implementing the embedded subject service, and doing well subject service＇ s marketing work, etc.
