摘 要:目的介绍XT-1800i全自动血细胞分析仪的校准流程,并对校准系数的变化进行回顾性分析,以了解仪器的状态。方法按照《血细胞分析校准指南》对血细胞分析仪进行校准,分析了2008年~2013年共10次校准后各参数的变化。结果 2013年第1次校准发现血小板(Plt)偏差〉3.0%,需要调整校准系数,其余项目校准系数不需调整。5年间,除红细胞(RBC)校准系数未发生变化,其余项目校准系数均发生过变化,变化较大的为平均红细胞体积(MCV)。结论血细胞分析仪使用一段时间后各参数会发生漂移,需要定期进行校准。Objective To introduce the calibration processes of XT-1800i automated hematology analyzer and analyze the variation of calibration coeffi cients retrospectively to master the instrument state. Methods According to Calibration Guide for Blood Cell Analysis, the variation of calibration coeffi cients of various parameters of XT-1800i automated hematology analyzer which were calibrated ten times from 2008 to 2013 was analyzed. Results During the fi rst calibration process in 2013, platelets(Plt) deviation of the instrument was greater than 3.0%, which indicated that the calibration coeffi cient of platelets(Plt) need to be adjusted while the calibration coeffi cients of other items need not to be adjusted. Except for red blood cell(RBC), the calibration coeffi cients of other items had changed in fi ve years. The biggest change was occurred in mean corpuscular volume(MCV). Conclusion The parameters of hematology analyzer which was used for a period of time would be drifted and need to be calibrated at regular intervals.
