摘　　要：目的：探讨早期社区康复对脑梗塞患者日常生活质量的影响。方法：120例社区脑梗塞患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组住院期间均接受常规神经内科药物及康复治疗，观察组由社区卫生服务中心统一安排社区康复，3个月后比较两组患者ADL、FMA评分。结果：MBI及FMA评分治疗前后差值比较，观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：早期社区康复能明显提高脑梗塞患者的日常生活质量，具有可行性和优越性。Objective：To investigate the effects of early community rehabilitation on life quality of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：120 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in community were randomly divided into observation group and control group, during hospitalization two groups both received routine drugs and rehabilitation treatment of neurological department, observation group with unified arrangement of communi-ty rehabilitation by community health service center, to compare ADL and FMA scores of the two groups after 3 months. Results：According to differ-ence comparison of MBI and FMA scores before and after treatment, observation group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion：Early community rehabilitation can significantly improve the life quality of patients with cerebral infarction, with feasibility and superiority.
