摘  要:通过实例对气流干燥系统进行分析计算,并在系统中增加了脉冲管段,以增强系统的干燥效果。加热空气可以看做是定压加热过程,湿空气的总压和水蒸气分压都保持不变;物料中水分蒸发过程又可看做空气的绝热吸湿过程,湿空气的焓值的变化忽略不计,这样可以通过分析计算湿空气的热力过程,用H—d图可方便的计算干燥系统所需的热量和空气量。In our research, we analyzed and calculated Flue Gases Dry System with examples from the real world. At the same time, we introduced synchronizing valve into the system to enhance the performance of drying. The heating of the air is considered as a constant pressure heating process. The overall pressure of the humid air and the partial pressure of the steam remains the same. The process of humid evaporation of the materials is considered to be an process of thermal insulation and moisture absorption. The change of enthalpy can be neglected. That way, the amount of heat and air needed for drying could be calculated easily through the usage of H-d figure with the analysis of the thermodynamic process of the humid air.
