摘  要:以六水氯化铁和磷酸为原料制备超细磷酸铁,采用正交法优化最佳工艺条件为:反应温度85℃,磷铁摩尔投料比为1.5∶1,表面活性剂CTAB用量为铁盐质量的1%,原料液滴加时间30 min,抽滤后的湿凝胶采用喷雾干燥,二水磷酸铁的脱水煅烧温度为400℃。在此条件下实验得到的样品为纳米片状磷酸铁,片状厚度达70~100 nm,属斜方晶系。所制备的磷酸铁锂正极材料有较好的电性能。Using ferric chloride hexahydrate and phosphoric acid as materials for the preparation of ultrafine iron phosphate and using the orthogonal method to optimize the process, the optimum technology conditions were confirmed as follows: the reaction temperature was 85 ℃; the mole ratio of phosphor and ferrum material was 1.5∶1; the use level of surfactant CTAB was 1% of the quality of malysite; the dropping time of raw materials droplets was30 min; the wet gel after suction filtration used spray drying; the drying calcining temperature of the iron phosphate dihydrate was 400 ℃. Under these conditions, the samples are nano-sheets FePO4, and the thickness is 70~100nm, and the structure prepared by experiment is orthorhombic type. The prepared lithium iron phosphate cathode materials have good electrical properties.
