摘 要:铅酸蓄电池的充放电过程是影响其使用寿命的重要因素之一,在充放电过程中存在着充电时间长、温升高、析气严重等问题。针对充电时间长这一问题,分析了能量流动的影响因素,提出了一种新型双向DC/DC变换器,该变换器采用耐高压的IGBT器件的桥式电路和零电压移相控制对蓄电池进行充放电;分析了双向DC/DC变换器拓扑及其软开关特性,并利用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真。结果表明,采用零电压相移控制的双向DC/DC变换器能够对蓄电池进行快速可靠的充放电且能稳定输出电压,从而为光伏系统提供稳定电源,提高蓄电池的使用寿命。The charging and discharging process of lead-acid battery is one of the most important factors which affects lead-acid battery's life. There are several serious issues in the charging and discharging process, for example long charging time, elevated temperature and serious gassing. Focused on the problem of long charging time, a new type of bi-directional DC/DC converter was proposed after analyzing the influencing factors of energy flow. The converter realized charging and discharging the battery by bridge circuit and zero voltage phase-shift control of enduring high pressure IGBT devices. The topology and the soft-switching characteristics of bi-directional DC/DC converter were analyzed and simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the bi-directional DC/DC converter controlled by the zero-voltage phase-shift could quickly and reliably charge and discharge the battery and could stabilize output voltage, providing a stable power supply to a photovoltaic system and improving the operation life of the battery.
