摘　　要：目的测定蛋白激酶A催化亚单位β(PRKACB)基因及蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况,研究其临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR及免疫组织化学法测定58例非小细胞肺癌及部分对应的癌旁组织内PRKACB的mRNA和蛋白水平的表达情况,结合临床资料进行多因素分析。结果与癌旁组织相比,PRKACB在肺癌组织内mRNA和蛋白水平均呈现低表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且PRKACB与肺癌的TNM分期有相关性。结论 PRKACB在非小细胞肺癌内呈现低表达,并与临床分期相关,可能成为非小细胞肺癌临床诊断的一个重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of PRKACB gene/protein kinase A catalytic subunit βprotein in non-small cell lung cancer,and study its clinical significance. Methods The PRKACB mRNA and protein were detected using RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry in lung cancer and corresponding adjacent tissues from 58 non-small cell lung cancer patients. Results Compared with normal tissues,the mRNA and protein of PRKACB were decreased in lung cancers,which were also associated with TNM staging（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Low expression of PRKACB was showed in non-small cell lung cancer,and associated with clinical TNM stage. Our results indicated PRKACB expression could be used as an important index in clinical diagnosis in non-small cell lung cancer.
