摘　　要：界定了森林生态资产的概念,并应用资产组合理论,构建和模拟了随机最优控制定价模型,对森林经营管理和森林生态资产定价提出了相应的结论和建议:政府和市场可以通过木材价格、税收、奖惩、动态补偿等行政手段和经济手段合理定价,促使森林生态资产的补偿和交易,从而充分发挥森林生态系统的经济、生态和社会综合效益。The paper defines the concept the forest ecological asserts, and constructs and simulates a stochastic con trol pricing model applying the portfolio theory, then offer some proposals and results about management and pric ing decisions for the forest ecological asserts： the government and the market may play a role in the effect on the economic pricing by means of some economic and administrative measures, such as timber price, taxation, reward, penalty, dynamic compensation, then facilitate ecological compensation and trading, and finally produce synthetic economical, ecological and social benefit of the forest ecosystem.
