摘　　要：目的通过对传统病案管理流程的再造,持续改进医疗数据与病案管理质量。方法使用戴明环(PDCA)方法指导流程再造,实现医院全员参与下的全流程病案管理质控。结论再造后的新流程有效克服了传统流程带来的弊端,是提升医疗数据和病案管理效率与水平的有效途径。Objective;Constantly improving the quality of medical data and records management by reconstructing the traditional work process of medical records management;Methods：Consulting to PDCA method to finish process reconstruction,which make everyone in hospital involved in the quality control in process of medical records management;Conclusion：New process after reconstruction well overcomes the defects of traditional process,which will be the efficiently way to promote management efficiency and effect of medical data and records.
