摘　　要：根据供应链管理思想,构建大型零售商供应链盈利模式的三个层次的分析框架:战略层次、运作层次的零售商供应链以及供应链盈利模式的利润来源,在此基础上提出供应链盈利模式的实施策略。In the paper, according to the idea of supply chain management, we buih the analytic framework of the profiting mode of large- scale retail supply chains which consisted of three layers, namely strategy, operation and source, and on such basis, proposed the strategy for the implementation of the mode.
