维药阿育魏实总黄酮抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：[目的]评价阿育魏实总黄酮的抗氧化能力。[方法]采用羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、亚硝基自由基、DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基体系对阿育魏实总黄酮抗氧化的能力进行研究。[结果]在质量浓度0.025～0.500 mg/ml的范围内,阿育魏实总黄酮对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、亚硝基自由基、DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基的清除率分别为31.68%～99.01%、27.45%～90.52%、11.62%～86.40%、41.31%～92.21%和17.53%～62.67%,且存在明显的量效关系。IC50分别为0.038 49、0.053 51、0.271 60、0.026 17和0.033 87 mg/ml。[结论]阿育魏实总黄酮具有很好的体外抗氧化活性,是一种新型天然抗氧化物质来源。[Objective] To evaluate antioxidant capacity of total flavonoids of Trachyspermum ammi（ L.） Sparuge. [Methods]Using hydroxyl free radicals,superoxide anion free radicals,nitroso free radicals,DPPH free radicals,and ABTS free radical system on total flavonoids of Trachyspermum ammi（ L.） Sparuge. [Results] In the mass concentration within the range of 0. 025-0. 5 mg / ml,its ability to remove the free radicals was 31. 68%-99. 01%,27. 45%-90. 52%,11. 62%-86. 40%,41. 31%-92. 21%,and 17. 53%-62. 67%,and there was significant dose-response relationship. IC50was 0. 038 49 mg / ml,0. 03849 mg / ml,0. 03849 mg / ml,0. 053 51 mg / ml,and 0. 033 87 mg / ml respectively. [Conclusion] Total flavonoids of Trachyspermum ammi（ L.） Sparuge has high antioxidant activity in vitro and is a new kind of natural antioxidant.
