摘  要:医学生的职业素养教育要以学生为本,遵循医学教育规律,增强医学生的职业意识、职业道德、业务素养。选择以下路径对医学生进行职业素养的教育和培养:设置职业指导课程增强职业意识,在自我修养和职业活动中强化提高职业道德,加强医学生的基础诊疗护理、专科理论和实践知识、医学基础知识等全方位的培养,从而适应市场需求,并为在未来的职业生涯中不断实现自我提升打好基础。Medical students’ professional attainment education is student-centered. It follows the rule of medical education, enhances students’ occupation consciousness, occupation morality, professional quality and so on to strengthen their awareness. We can educate and train medical students by the following paths:set the occupation guidance curriculum and improve occupation consciousness, enhance occupation morals in self cultivation and occupation activity, strengthen medical students’ comprehensive training such as basic medical care, professional theory, practical knowledge and basic medical knowledge. Thus, medical students can adapt to the needs of the market, and pave the way for self-promotion in later work.
