孕激素介导uPA在卵巢癌治疗中的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕激素介导uPA治疗卵巢癌的可能机制。方法传代培养人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910,应用Western blot方法检测对照组(未加孕激素组)和加入含有不同浓度孕激素培养液处理组,作用72 h后对人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910 uPA表达的影响。结果 Western blot实验结果表明孕激素能够抑制uPA的表达,呈浓度依赖性。结论孕激素对卵巢癌细胞有抑制作用并且抑制人卵巢癌细胞uPA的表达,提示孕激素用于卵巢癌的辅助治疗可能介导对uPA的影响起作用。Objective To discuss the possible mechanism of treating ovary cancer by progestogen mediating uPA Methods Serial subcultivated human ovary cancr cell HO-8910 and then two groups were divided, the control group（no progestogen added） and the group of progestogen culture fluid of different concentration added. After effection of 72 hours, western blot was used to detect the different expression of uPA in human ovary cell HO-8910 in the two groups. Results The results of western blot indicated that progestogen might inhibit the expression of uPA and to be present concentration dependent.Conclusion The inhibitory effection of progestogen to the ovary cancer cells and the expression of uPA of human ovary cancer cells indicated that progestogen might be adjunctive therapy of ovary cancer by mediating uPA.
