摘 要:组织结构创新是企业建立持久性竞争优势的一个重要环节。近 10年来,在西方经济发达国家的管理理论界出现的若干组织结构的创新形式,主要特点是围绕简化企业的内部组织结构,把有限资源集中到在企业的核心业务上建立竞争优势这一思路设计组织结构。然而,这类组织结构创新依赖于企业的外部环境条件。其中,管理咨询业的发展是企业实施组织创新的一个重要的外部条件。本文着重讨论企业的组织创新与管理咨询业发展之间的关系。Qrganizational innovation is a key successful factor for a company to build sustainable competitive advantages. Over the past 10 years, there emerged a number of innovative organizations both theoretically and practically in Western developed countries. The main theme of these innovative organizations is to concentrate company's limited resources on core competency building by simplifying organizational structure and outsourcing some management services. However, such organizational innovations rely on management resources available in outside environment. In particular, development of management consultancy is one of most important conditions facilitating a company's organizational innovation. This paper focuses discussion on relationship between company's organizational innovation and development of management consultancy.
