摘 要:目的:探讨基于时间管理倾向理论和时间管理自我监控理论的团体心理辅导对大学生时间管理的干预效果,帮助大学生提高时间管理水平和促进心理健康发展。方法:选取河南省某大学二年级2个班,一个班为时间管理辅导组(n=30),另一个班为对照组(n=30),对时间管理辅导组实施提高时间管理能力为目标的团体心理辅导(共7周,每周1次,每次活动1.5 h),对照组处于常态。采用青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)和自编团体心理辅导活动评价表(RFGPC)进行干预效果的评估。结果:两组的ATMD总分及各维度基线得分的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,时间管理辅导组的ATMD总分及时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感3个维度得分与基线得分的差值均高于对照组[(32.5±20.1)vs.(-2.6±18.1),(6.9±5.3)vs.(-0.8±5.2),(19.8±12.1)vs.(-1.1±10.1),(5.8±5.3)vs.(-0.8±5.2);均P<0.001]。时间管理辅导组在RFGPC的5个评价项目上持"赞同"和"非常赞同"态度的百分比分别为93%、90%、97%、100%和87%。结论:基于时间管理倾向理论和时间管理自我监控理论的团体心理辅导对提高大学生的时间管理水平具有积极作用。Objective: To explore the improvement effects of group psychological counseling based on the theories of time management disposition and time management self-control on time management in college students, and help them to improve time management level and promote the development of mental health. Methods: Two classes from a college in Henan Province were selected. One class (n = 30) was as a time management training group receiving group counseling in favor of time management once a week (1. 5 h every time) for 7 weeks,and the other class (n = 30) was as a normal control group. The intervention effect was assessed with the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Inventory (ATMD) and Rating Form of Group Psychological Counseling (RFGPC). Results: There were no significant differences in the ATMD total scores and dimension scores at the baseline between the 2 classes (Ps〉 0. 05). After intervention,the differences between post-test scores and pre-test of ATMD total scores and dimension scores of the sense of time value,“the sense of time control”,and “the sense of time efficacy” were higher in the time management training group than in the normal control group [ (32. 5 ± 20. 1) vs.(- 2. 6 ± 18. 1), (6. 9 ± 5. 3) vs.(- 0. 8 ± 5. 2), (19. 8 ± 12. 1) vs.(- 1. 1 ± 10. 1), (5. 8 ± 5. 3) vs.(- 0. 8 ± 5. 2); Ps〈 0. 001]. The percentages of “agreeable” and “agreeable extremely” in 5 items of RFGPC were 93%,90%,97%,100%,and 87% in time management training group. Conclusion: Group psychological counseling based on the theories of time management disposition and time management self-control has a positive effect on improving time management level of college students.
