从人际信任角度看我国企业规模

摘　　要：信任是构成一国社会资本的主要因素 ,我国一般信任不足导致社会资本的缺乏 ,这种不足和缺乏影响了企业的交易费用和组织费用并最终限制了企业规模的发展。企业规模的形成有其内在科学性 ,目前 ,我国的工作重点不应该是发展企业规模 ,而是通过培育社会资本来为企业规模的发展提供条件。其中 ,促进经济发展、扩大改革开放、确立制度化信任是其主要的可行手段。Trust as the main actor composed social capital. In our country, the deficiency of social capital is due to the scarcity of common trust. This deficiency influenced the enterprise scale by influencing the exchange cost and organism cost. There is inherent law in the development of enterprise scale. The important thing to our government is not to develop the enterprise scale, but provide more social capital benefit to evolving large enterprise scale. For this aim, developing economy, further reform and opening up, insuring the institutional trust are adaptable methods.
