摘　　要：本文在分析网络经济时代特点基础上指出协作型竞争作为高级竞争形态产生的必然性 ;在波特的5Fs竞争模型基础上提出了协作型竞争的7Fs竞争模型 ;结合网络经济时代企业的特性分析企业如何实施协作型竞争战略。Based on the analysis of the character of network economy, the paper points out that the collaboration competition is the advanced type of competition. On the foundation of the five-force competition model, the paper reconstructs a new seven-force competition model and uses it to analyze how the collaboration competition strategy is implemented in enterprises.
