摘　　要：能效对标是借助国际先进的对标管理理念在企业内部提高能源利用效率的一种工作方法。企业通过现状分析、标杆确立、指标对比、最佳实践、指标评价、持续改进等环节,从工艺技术与管理程序等方面明确用能水平、寻找节能潜力,进而制定有效的提效措施。油气田企业生产有着固有的油藏地质因素和油气处理工艺的特殊性与复杂性。如何在油气田企业开展能效对标是世界范围内的崭新课题。中国石油油气田业务经过近几年的尝试,在油气田能效对标方面进行了有力的探索,并在能效对标的组织协调、基础保障、方法程序等方面获得了宝贵经验。Energy efficiency benchmarking,in virtue of advanced international benchmarking management concept,is a working method for improving energy efficiency in enterprises.By status analysis,model establishment,target comparison,best practice,evaluation and continuous improvement,the energy utilization level shall be confirmed by enterprises,the potential energy savings could be found from the aspects of technology and management procedures and the effective measures for improving efficiency is then developed. There are inherent geological factors and oil and gas treatment processes with its particularity and complexity in oil and gas production and how to carry out energy efficiency benchmarking is a brand new topic worldwide.Recent several years have been devoted in Chinese petroleum oil & gas business to the exploration of energy efficiency benchmarking and the valuable experience is obtained in terms of energy efficiency benchmarking in organization,coordination,infrastructure and method procedures etc.
