炼化企业石脑油利用优化模型的建立与应用研究

摘　　要：炼化企业石脑油资源去向主要有作为重整原料生产高辛烷值汽油组分、作为重整原料生产芳烃产品和作为乙烯原料等,石脑油的利用方向不同,其经济性也有较大差异。如何合理利用炼化企业石脑油资源、充分发挥石脑油价值,已成为企业发展所面临的重要问题。以炼油化工先进计划系统为基础,根据石脑油加工目的产品不同,以实际炼化企业装置为基础,建立了炼化企业石脑油利用优化模型,并利用此模型对石脑油加工路线的选择进行了案例分析。得出结论:在现行价格下,石脑油乙烯路线效益最好;其次是炼油和芳烃,为炼化企业石脑油加工路线的优化提供了依据。Naphtha resources are mainly used as reforming feed stocks to produce high-octane gasoline components and aromatic products,or feed stock for ethylene.Different naphtha processing routes lead to big differences in economy.Therefore how to use naphtha refining resources reasonably and sufficiently has become an important issue that enterprises encountered for further development.Based on the Advanced Planning System and according to different target products,naphtha optimized model based on commercial refining units is established and the application case about naphtha processing route is given and analyzed.The result shows that naphtha ethylene route is the best in economic benefit,followed by refining and aromatics route at current price system,which provides a foundation to the advanced naphtha processing route.
